No, we deliberately focus on the .fr and .com extensions, which represent the bulk of the French market. Managing hundreds of extensions would require significant resources that we prefer to dedicate to the quality of our services. It’s better to manage fewer extensions but manage them perfectly. However, our solutions remain compatible with domains registered with other registrars, regardless of their extension.
No worries: before your domain expires, you’ll receive several reminders (at D-60, D-30, D-15, D-7, D-3, and on the expiration day). If you still forget to renew it, your domain first enters a 30-day grace period. During this time, it is suspended but can be easily reactivated at the regular renewal price, with no extra fees.
If no action is taken, the domain then moves into a 30-day redemption period. At this stage, reactivation is still possible, but it will incur a €100 excl. VAT restoration fee in addition to the renewal cost.
After 60 days past expiration, the domain is permanently released and can be registered by anyone. To avoid the risk of losing it, we strongly recommend enabling automatic renewal in your client area.
